Do not use Surge to violate laws, deceive callers, send spam, or interfere with the service.
By using Surge, you consent to transactional SMS messages. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your state, including caller disclosure requirements.
Surge is not liable for missed calls, lost business, or errors in AI-generated transcriptions or summaries.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
